Community and Studio Topics of Interest
It would expand the usefulness and appeal of this site if
dance club members would share their interests. We will attempt to
publish here any charitable or community service projects you participate
in, especially if these activities might also appeal to other studio members.
This area also may be used to publish information about
various members' hobbies and interests that are out of the ordinary and of
interest to the dance community.
 | Severna Park Dance Studio is collecting non-perishable
food, clothing and toys for distribution to needy families this
holiday season. |
| The Ciccarone Preventive Cardiology Center will put on a gala
fund raising event at Martin's West, near Baltimore Maryland, Saturday
January 27, 2007 from 7:30pm to midnight.
 | Master chefs and gourmet food suppliers from the Washington
DC/Baltimore area donate food and beverages. |
| Dancing music is provided by Stevie V. and the Heart Attackers,
a band made up of cardiac care doctors, led by none other than Dr.
Steve Valenti from the Severna Park Studio. |
| Special guests with a strong personal commitment to cardiac care
research and prevention come to entertain and lend their support.
Past guests have been Vickie Lawrence and Valerie Harper.
2005's special guest was "The Fonz", Henry Winkler.
This year's special guest will be John Astin, best known for his
whacky character "Gomez" in "The Addams Family". |
| The Severna Park Arthur Murray Studio has participated in the
fund raiser for the past five years and each time it seems to get
even better. |
